Wayne Schrunk Construction is a family-owned company located in North Bend, Oregon. Wayne Schrunk started serving the Bay Area for its commercial and residential building needs in 1966. Since that time he has consistently built buildings and homes for many satisfied customers. His son Duane has been a part of the company since 1979. After 26 years of working with his father, Duane has taken on the role of project manager for the company. His daughter, Laura is also apart of the company. She runs the paint, design and marketing divisions. Wayne’s grandson Devon also joined the company by working alongside his Dad and Grandpa. Together, the three generations are carefully combining award-winning ideas and the latest technology with the best local craftsmen to offer custom homes that exceed the expectations they have established with their customers.
Wayne Schrunk Construction began building in Coos Bay & North Bend approximately 39 years ago and has grown to be one of the largest and best contractors in the Bay Area. In order to provide neighborhoods that are consistent in style and price, Wayne Schrunk Construction started developing sub divisions and celebrated the opening of “Presidential Estates” in 2003. In 2005 they introduced “Laura’s Addition”, a 12 home ocean view development. Now they are offering homes in “Sunset Crest Estates”, a 100 home development that offers panoramic ocean view homes in a broad range of prices with small neighborhoods. Each neighborhood will have its own theme complimented by beautiful lawns, lamp posts and tree lined streets. There will also be a breathtaking water feature at the main entrance and many other water features throughout the development. Homeowners will be able to access storage facilities within the development property.
Wayne Schrunk Construction continues its long-standing tradition of combining quality, craftsmanship, creativity, and customer satisfaction into a distinctive community that you will want to call home.
